Led by Learning Hub Friesland, partners IO2 sees partners develop a new C-MAP Toolkit using the C-MAP methodology and concept developed in the IO1 VET Curriculum and Course. The toolkit creates a set of Coaching MAPS as an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution for managers addressing many of the common performance problems faced by team leaders and managers. Each C-MAP will be presented as a template plan thereby saving managers time and giving them a clear, practical plan to deliver a coaching session using the C-MAP methodology. These common problems are selected based on the varied experience of the project partners, who work individually to develop Coaching MAPS based on the problems their best suited to tackle before peer reviewing all of the C-MAPs to ensure optimum transferability. All of the finalised C-MAPs will be translated added to the project website where they can be downloaded.

The first transnational meeting for the C-MAP project took place on 12 January 2020 in Tralee, Ireland marking the beginning of the project activities with a strong kick-start. The event was hosted by the Irish project partner – Institute Technology Tralee.
